There were some initial issues with the roof installation that we only found 2 years afterwards BUT as soon as Infinite Roofing learned of the issues they came out and fixed everything free of charge, no questions asked. Thank you, Joe!

This past spring we experienced a roof leak and a representative from Infinite Roofing came to take a look and performed a minor repair free of charge. While on the roof they noted what they identified as significant hail damage and advised the we file an insurance claim. Our insurance company declined to cover the damage repeatedly. Thanks to the expertise of Infinite dealing with insurance claims they represented us and fought the denial. Ultimately the insurance company wanted to bail out, but Infinite used Texas law and an independent umpire to force the matter to a positive result. Because of Infinite's intervention, technical support, and knowledge of the insurance industry we received an insurance settlement with adequate funds for a full-roof replacement, including gutters, garage door, metal roof overhang,  and wooden fence staining. Not only did they manage the battle with the insurance company,  but they managed every aspect of the repair work with a superb group of related subcontractors with reliable expertise.  We are really pleased with the quality of the workmanship, products utilized, scheduling, and project management.  Great communication throughout the relationship. We were never in the dark about what was going on or the stage of the process. We would highly recommend Infinite Roofing!

Ax was super helpful throughout the whole process. He talked me through everything. The contractors he used for garage door, gutters, and fence staining were top notch. The roofers got everything done very quickly with very little disruption inside the house. Cleanup was top notch. Infinite Roofing GC replaced my roof yesterday, and did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, (at like 6:00 in the morning), got the entire roof replaced with excellent quality materials. I want to go back and change all the 5-star reviews I’ve ever left because Infinite Roofing showed me a new standard of what it means to be a 5-star company. My rockstar of a real estate agent Linda Awad referred me to them, and I’m so thrilled she did, and now I’m paying it forward. My house was on the market and my family had already moved out when it got hit by a very bad hail storm, and we had a serious buyer who had just made an offer on the house, so time was of the essence to detach the solar panel system, replace the roof, and reinstall the solar panel system. I don’t judge a company based on my experience with them when things were going good; I do it based on when things were going bad and how they react/handle the situation, and let me tell you, there were a lot of opportunities where they could have gone bad, taken shortcuts, unnecessary delays, made me do their grunt work for them, but instead Joe and Jordan were always three steps ahead, anticipating exactly what will happen next with my insurance company and they were right there for me, negotiating with them everything that was needed for the scope of work, getting it approved, constantly communicating to me what to expect, following up to make sure everything went well, and only asked me to get involved when it had to be the owner who had to deal with the insurance company. They were on top of it, and their main focus was to get the job done with my satisfaction. I’m happy, my wife’s happy, and the new owner of our old home is happy with the new roof.
