Exceptional service from Infinite Roofing, led by Joe Mansour. They guided us through every step of the insurance process and were always there to help. A crew of five or six workers replaced the shingle roof on our approximately 4,500-square-foot home in Plano, Texas, in a single day, working from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm The team informed ahead of time about the delivery and scheduled work, and they showed up right on time. We highly recommend them for their excellent work and honest dealings.Posted on GoogleRobert Chiang19 days agoInfinite Roofing performed roof and gutter replacement, interior painting, HVAC replacement, and fence staining. But he really gave me great advice in working with my insurance carrier and gave great guidance on various parts of the process. Highly recommend these folks.Posted on GoogleAdam badawieh73 days agoThey did their best to make things right. Shout out to the culture of infinite. Let’s see Dallas succeed. 💪🤟💪Posted on GoogleVicki Shean89 days agoThis past spring we experienced a roof leak and a representative from Infinite Roofing came to take a look and performed a minor repair free of charge. While on the roof they noted what they identified as significant hail damage and advised the we file an insurance claim. Our insurance company declined to cover the damage repeatedly. Thanks to the expertise of Infinite dealing with insurance claims they represented us and fought the denial. Ultimately the insurance company wanted to bail out, but Infinite used Texas law and an independent umpire to force the matter to a positive result. Because of Infinite's intervention, technical support, and knowledge of the insurance industry we received an insurance settlement with adequate funds for a full-roof replacement, including gutters, garage door, metal roof overhang, and wooden fence staining. Not only did they manage the battle with the insurance company, but they managed every aspect of the repair work with a superb group of related subcontractors with reliable expertise. We are really pleased with the quality of the workmanship, products utilized, scheduling, and project management. Great communication throughout the relationship. We were never in the dark about what was going on or the stage of the process. We would highly recommend Infinite Roofing!Posted on GoogleKevin Parker101 days agoAx was super helpful throughout the whole process. He talked me through everything. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Why Infinite Roofing Stands Out: Professionalism: Joe and his team were courteous, organized, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Responsiveness: Joe is easily the most responsive person I’ve ever worked with—always available and quick to address any questions or concerns. Insurance Coordination: They handled all communication with my insurance company, making the process stress-free and accurate. Clear Communication: Every option and consideration was explained thoroughly and transparently. Attention to Detail: They identified issues I didn’t even notice, preventing costly problems down the road. While Infinite Roofing may not be the cheapest option, the value and peace of mind they deliver far outweigh any price difference. There was no pressure, no upselling, and absolutely no compromise on quality. I strongly recommend Infinite Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. In fact, at least six other homeowners in my neighborhood also chose them—which speaks volumes about their reputation and reliability.Posted on GoogleBetsy Rockett320 days agoI recently worked with Kody at Infinite Roofing after a major hailstorm damaged my roof, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Highly recommend!Posted on GoogleAyman Taleb473 days agoI want to go back and change all the 5-star reviews I’ve ever left because Infinite Roofing showed me a new standard of what it means to be a 5-star company. My rockstar of a real estate agent Linda Awad referred me to them, and I’m so thrilled she did, and now I’m paying it forward. My house was on the market and my family had already moved out when it got hit by a very bad hail storm, and we had a serious buyer who had just made an offer on the house, so time was of the essence to detach the solar panel system, replace the roof, and reinstall the solar panel system. I don’t judge a company based on my experience with them when things were going good; I do it based on when things were going bad and how they react/handle the situation, and let me tell you, there were a lot of opportunities where they could have gone bad, taken shortcuts, unnecessary delays, made me do their grunt work for them, but instead Joe and Jordan were always three steps ahead, anticipating exactly what will happen next with my insurance company and they were right there for me, negotiating with them everything that was needed for the scope of work, getting it approved, constantly communicating to me what to expect, following up to make sure everything went well, and only asked me to get involved when it had to be the owner who had to deal with the insurance company. They were on top of it, and their main focus was to get the job done with my satisfaction. I’m happy, my wife’s happy, and the new owner of our old home is happy with the new roof. If I could leave a 6-star review, I would!Posted on GoogleCarl Nienhuis487 days agoRecently had Infinite replace our old hail damaged roof, process was very smooth and the replacement only took one day. I called Infinite Roofing and spoke with Joe, one of the owners. After a brief conversation, I got a good feeling and filed the contact away in my phone. Fast forward to a few weeks later. My neighbor sent a short video clip of some of my shingles flapping in the breeze as a result of recent 50+ mph winds. I remembered the phone conversation with Joe a few weeks earlier and reached out. Joe promptly sent one of his guys out and replaced not only the 3' section of loose shingles of which I was aware, but two other small sections that were improperly secured of which I was not aware. I waited several days for the invoice which never came, so I called once again. Joe said there would be NO CHARGE and all he asked in exchange was to keep Infinite Roofing in mind for my next major repair! Who does this?!? And when you’re dealing with storm damage to your house, you want/need “effortless”. Josh met with the insurance adjuster and fought on our behalf to get everything covered. Our house was only a few years old but since we had been having some leaks Katie suggested we get it inspected for damage. She and her team at infinite roofing inspected the roof and let us know the extent of the damage we had and laid out our options for getting it fixed. They were not pushy or impatient with us at any part of the process and were happy to answer any questions we had and make sure we were comfortable with any next steps before proceeding. Katie walked us through the process every step of the way by letting us know the timeline, what we could expect, and even helped us get in contact with our insurance company to make sure the claim was filed correctly. The roof needed to be fully replaced and it turned out great. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and the work that Katie and infinite roofing did to help us along the way. Nikki came out and did a thorough inspection of my home & property (roof, gutters, windows, screens, fence, etc.). She worked diligently with my insurance company to get all damages covered, and regularly communicated with me to advise when the various contractors would be coming out to deliver products and/or perform the repairs. I am very pleased with Nikki's professionalism, and with the quality of workmanship and professionalism of all the contractors that came out. Nikki and the Infinite Roofing team did an awesome job!Posted on GoogleWesley Craig1533 days agoNikki was a great person to work with. This girl made sure to go above and beyond. Joe Mansour, owner and operator, and his crew were professional, organized and did a great job leaving my property just as they found it! Clean up couldn’t have been better. My house is only 4 years old and had to have the whole roof replaced due to hail damage according to my insurance adjuster’s report. Joe will come and inspect for free, no hassle, no pressure. Call him! Highly recommend his services. Accreditation Rating A with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org).Posted on GoogleROBERT BRYANT1592 days agoGreat all around service and quality! Faisal Mansour is a very honest, thorough, professional. He came over the same day I called. His evaluation was honest and his price was great! I only needed a reseal of my fireplace exhaust. I had already told him I filed a claim with my insurance. He could have tried to take advantage, but he didn't. He told me he wanted to check my entire roof to make sure the insurance company was being honest about what I needed. He pointed out the exact things the adjuster found! He had someone come by and fix it right away! I had worked with my insurance adjuster before and knew he was an honest man. So it was refreshing to have Faisal be so honest. That's very rare these days. The entire experience was great!
